Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for dedicated and ambitious middle leaders, who have high standards for both themselves and those around them. While we don't expect our participants to already be leadership experts (that's what we hope you will learn with us), there are certain competencies we look for in candidates that we believe are a good indicator of their potential to benefit from the programme:
- Strong teaching ability, backed up by good OFSTED ratings
- Alignment with our mission and vision
- A strong drive for improvement
- A desire to develop yourself and those around you as individuals
- An ability to derive satisfaction from enabling others' success
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
