You or your organisation can also take part in our ‘Sponsor a Teaching Leader' scheme, which enables you to contribute towards the costs a specific participant on the programme, for example in an area where you or your organisation are based.

Through a donation from the JPMorgan Chase Foundation, the firm is partnering with the Teaching Leaders programme, which aims to strengthen the capacity of educators by growing a movement of outstanding middle leaders who improve the life chances of the children they teach.
Funding from J.P. Morgan will support the UK-wide expansion of the Teaching Leaders programme which addresses the gap in provision between Teach First and Future Leaders.
Pearson Education
Pearson Education is the world's largest educational publisher and part of Pearson Plc. Pearson has kindly established the Pearson Excellence Awards for Teaching Leaders, with £11k worth of prizes. All participants at the end of their first year will be eligible to apply for this award, which will be judged by an independent panel. The judging panel will look at a wide range of criteria reflecting both the quality of the thinking behind and execution of the initiatives, as well as their impact on the staff and pupils within their school.
In addition, Pearson will be offering free access to many of its online materials to participants during their tenure on the programme, effective from April 1st. Finally, we will be looking at innovative ways for participants in our programmes to share experiences of leadership with talented middle-leaders within Pearson and in a variety of our organisations, as part of our commitment to seek leadership perspectives from a wide variety of sectors.

TES Prime
Teaching Leaders benefits significantly from the generous support of TES Prime, the school leader recruitment service of the TES. As part of the partnership TES Prime will provide interview and CV advice to our cohorts as they graduate and to our future alumni, to help them progress in their future urban school leadership roles.
Through their strong network and search capacity, TES Prime are skilled in placing the right candidates in the right schools. They exist to drive up the standards in education, through identifying talent and matching it to the specific needs of schools.

Teaching Leaders and CMI have are partnering to create a round table between business and education leaders, and also in the process of accrediting the Teaching Leaders programme with CMI qualifications. EMCC

Both organisations are dedicated to raising the quality and standard of personal and professional development in their areas. For Teaching Leaders, this is middle leaders in schools and the pupils they teach, as well as the coaches they employ to provide key support to those middle leaders. For EMCC it is the whole professional coaching and mentoring sector.
As professional partners, we wish to harness the energy of both organisations to develop awareness of the potential of coaching and mentoring, to increase access to coaching and mentoring, and to highlight and raise the quality of its delivery in the education sector. We aim to create a Community of Practice to take this forward.
Teaching Leaders is a member of EMCC and all involved in our organisation abide by the EMCC Code of Ethics. In addition our coaches are enrolled as indivitial members of EMCC and are able to access the benefits of membership, not least high quality cpd.
