Leadership Coaches

GEORGINA LIVERAS

Georgina Liveras has been in education for thirty years and is currently a Deputy Head at Preston Manor High in north-west London.  She has worked closely, as part of the Leading Edge Partnership programme, with local schools, sharing successful strategies  that raise achievement and in the last two years has been involved in contributing to the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust literacy conferences across the UK.  

Georgina graduated from Cambridge with an honours degree in English Literature and Education.

DAVID RADOMSKY

David has a range of experience as an independent educational consultant. Having taught in a variety of schools in this country and abroad, David went on to become Headteacher of a large maintained high performing comprehensive school in London. David inspects schools as an accredited Section 5 (OFSTED) and Section 48 (denominational) Additional Inspector. He works for 3 Local Authorities as a SIP [School Improvement Partner] in 11 schools, 6 Secondary and 5 Middle schools. David enjoys facilitating and coaching on leadership programmes for the London Centre for Leadership in Learning, such as Leading from the Middle and the National Professional Qualification for Headship.  He has an MA with distinction from the University of London and was one of the first to be awarded NPQH.

JENNY FRANCIS

Jenny started her  teaching career as a secondary mathematics teacher and progressed through  to headship .  She now works full time as an independent consultant in a range of  activities.  She is a  SIP [school improvement partner] in 10 schools across four local authorities.   She also enjoys facilitating  and coaching on National Professional Qualification for Headship and Leadership Pathways  courses as well as contributing to the portfolio of course offered at the LCLL [London Centre for Leadership Learning]   In addition to this work she remains a life long learner. Although already holding a PhD she  undertakes research with NCSL  [National College of School Leadership] , has recently completed masters level study into  coaching and mentoring and is about to embark on doctoral studies in leadership.

ANN BROUGHAM

Ann has taught in London schools in both the primary and secondary sectors.  Most of her experience has been in the latter sector which culminated in headship of a challenging school in East London.  Ann was involved in leading this school through the amalgamation with a local special school.  Her passion is for community and inclusive education. Ann was appointed as a board member for the East London TEC, and was a representative on the Secondary Curriculum Group for NAHT. Since retirement Ann has been a consultant/facilitator for many National College programmes, particularly school leadership programmes, and she now represents the National College as both a Lead and Consultant Facilitator.  In addition to this work Ann has continued her learning.  She has recently studied for diplomas in Personal Performance and Corporate and Executive Coaching with The Coaching Academy.  Ann graduated from London University with a BSc in geography, and has Master’s degrees in Historical Geography and Curriculum Studies.  

RUSS LAW

Born within the sound of Bow bells, Russ started his teaching career in Yorkshire – Castleford, Leeds and Bradford – after graduating from Leeds University. After educational travels back and forth between the UK and the Middle East, he ended up as head of a British international school in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for 1500 students of 60 nationalities from early years to IB Diploma level. Russ obtained an RSA Diploma in TEFL to Adults, and did an MA in Education (Curriculum Studies) at the Institute of Education, London. Subsequent courses included a Graduate Certificate in Education Leadership and Consultancy, and the NPQH.  He received an MBE in 2004. Leaving behind some turbulent and exciting years in Arabia, Russ returned to the UK with his family in 2005. Since that time, he has been facilitating, assessing and coaching in all elements of the NPQH and Leadership Pathways. He is Fellowship Coordinator at the centre of excellence at the University of Surrey, where he enjoys interacting with enlightened teachers in higher education as they spread good practice of the kind that is still more familiar at primary and secondary level. 

ROZ CAUGHT

As an independent consultant, facilitator, trainer and leadership coach Roz works with individuals and teams towards the achievement of their team and personal goals.  She began her career teaching English and PSHE and worked in four London LAs and progressed through to Deputy Headship until taking a secondment to initiate a pilot CPD programme for the DCSF.  Roz developed this into a national programme which she lead for six years before taking up the role of Director of CPD for a network of academies.Roz is a certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation.  She is a mentor for Coaching Development’s certificate course and is undertaking her diploma.  Most of her work as a trainer and facilitator is with middle and senior leaders in challenging circumstances wishing to improve their effectiveness.  She is also an associate of the SSAT.
