How to Apply

We are looking for dedicated and ambitious middle leaders, who have high standards for both themselves and those around them. As we invest so much in our participants, we have a rigorous selection process to ensure we’re a good fit for each other.

There is nothing to be worried about and this is very much a developmental experience. It will enable you to learn more about where your strengths lie, where you need to focus your efforts, and help you to better appreciate your own aspirations as a leader. Plus, we give you support and feedback at each stage of the process.

Before any application is made it’s important to get the support of your head teacher. As they’ll need to provide in-school support and some financial backing. Find out more...
