Teaching Leaders is a middle leadership development programme that is an ideal choice for middle leaders who are keen to develop their leadership skills and fulfil both their own potential and that of their staff and students.

Teaching Leaders is ideal for those who have 0-5 years' middle leadership experience. All applicants must have a middle leadership post confirmed for 2010-11; this includes having a responsibility for the performance of at least two staff. Here you can find out more about who we're looking for.
