Describe a project you have delivered that has impacted upon pupil achievement. (Please include how you ensured the success of the project, and how you gained buy in from colleagues and/or stakeholders)?

Question 3

Describe a time when you have used your understanding of others in order to build an effective working relationship within your team or the wider school.
